Airplane enthusiasts all over the world agree that St Maarten is one of the most spectacular airports to enjoy these days. Reasons for that are the final approach and touchdown and very low pass over the beach, sand blasting during takeoff and sharp turn to avoid the mountain, water at the start and end of the runway, a nice variety of traffic that includes many different types as large as the Boeing 747.
This 2 hour dvd contains some footage filmed in 2001 and released on video back then as well as all new footage filmed in 2005. As a bonus we've included approached in the cockpit of 3 airlines for a pilots eye view of the runway and touchdown.
